The Division Day Year Five Recap

The latest and greatest Division Day was just recently upon us. And boy oh boy, did we receive a bunch of news that I’m sure that every Division fan out there can and will find something to be excited for.

If you watch the entirety of the video above that runs just about 20 minutes, you’ll get all the information you need included in this post.

First off, we have Year 5 of The Division 2 and with it comes fresh content for all to enjoy. The most noteworthy being a brand new rouge-lite game mode, Descent, that will be free to play for all Division 2 players. As with previous years of The Division, there will be multiple seasons full of new challenges, outfits, new gear, etc to look forward to.

As of April 23rd, Descent Mode on The Division 2 should be available to all PC players with console players following close behind.

The Division Resurgence is a new entry in the franchise specifically designed for mobile devices. Yes, it will contain every feature of The Division that you’re used to; fun gameplay, a bunch of loot, a nicely cohesive story, but will also come with new features that you’ll have to wait to experience!

The Division Heartland is a free to play PvEvP survival-action-shooter set in the fictional midwest rural community of Silver Creek. In this mysterious Midwest town, you’ll experience intense battles with enemy A.I. factions as well as other human controlled players. As you progress through the various tasks and missions within the story, you’ll soon uncover the truth as to why Division Agent Killian Tower went rogue and murdered his entire squad. And yes, The Division Heartland will bring much more never-before-seen features with this one. You’ll have to check it out!
